Privacy Notice

This notice tells you what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to delete it. Please read it before submitting a form. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information and decline the cookie prompt.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Shenshu Technology (an AI consulting studio). Contact: hello@shenshu.example. Our servers are located outside mainland China.

2. Information collected through the enquiry form

When you submit the contact form we collect: name, company, industry, contact details (phone or email), your most labor-intensive step (optional), services of interest (optional) and preferred timing (optional). These are used solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation, based on your consent (the checkbox before submission). To prevent abuse we also store an irreversible hash of your IP address, the submission time and the page source.

Retention: 5 days. After that, name, company, contact details and message content are erased automatically; only non-identifying statistics (channel, industry, service interest, time) are kept. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

3. Behavioural data and cookies

Only after you click “Accept” do we record behavioural data via a first-party script: pages viewed, buttons clicked, scroll depth, dwell time, traffic channel (UTM) and experiment group. To understand traffic and prevent abuse we also record your IP address, browser and device type, interface language and referring URL. Data is stored on our own servers, used only for statistics and security, and deleted after at most 30 days. We use no third-party analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining does not affect site functionality.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Internal notifications (email and DingTalk alerts) contain only company, industry, service interest and submission time — never your name or contact details, which are visible only in our private admin.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or deletion of behavioural data. Email hello@shenshu.example; we act within 3 business days. Deletion may prevent us from replying to your enquiry.

6. Security and cross-border transfer

The site uses HTTPS throughout; admin access requires an account, two-factor authentication and login rate limiting; databases are backed up daily, and lead-database backups are kept only 5 days. Servers are outside mainland China, which means your data is stored abroad; we collect only the minimum needed for the purposes above.

7. Updates

Updates change the version number and effective date; material changes will be announced on this page. Previous versions are available on request.
